Pam is an Ohio native who has a Bachelor Degree in Organization Management, a certified organic grower and a master gardener volunteer. Pam learned how to grow indoor flowering plants from her mother when she was a young girl. The thirst for nurturing and promoting plant growth did not stop there, it quickly turned into growing vegetables. Pam has been growing vegetables for over twenty years and is also and avid canner. Pam will preserve the fresh taste of produce and fruit by canning her chutney, relish, pepper butter, apple sauce, spaghetti sauce and more in the fall to consume during the winter months. Pam promotes sustainable agriculture by growing her seasonal vegetables in a manner with future generations in mind.
